Order processing
When you place and confirm an order on our website, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your product delivered asap. Generally, Most orders are processed for shipment within 1-20 business days after your order confirmation date.
For standard products, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order confirmation date.
For customized products, please allow 10-20 business days for processing and shipping, as each item is meticulously crafted to meet your specifications.

✪ Shipping Areas: we can ship worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, and more. ✪ Shipping Charges: Free shipping over $39. For orders below $39, a nominal shipping fee of $5.99 will apply.
✪ Shipping Time: 5-12 Business Days
✪ Processing Time: 1-20 Business Days (Customized items: 3-20 Business days; Non-customized items: 1-5 Business days)
Note:
✪ “Business day” refers to Mondays through Fridays only. (Do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays [that fall on a weekday] when counting business days.)
✪ We do not process or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
✪ The actual shipping time is subject to the courier company, depending on the situation and the location.

Order Tracking
When your orders are shipped out, we will update the tracking number on our website. And we will email you to include your tracking number. Please note: generally there is a time gap between when we send you the tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online. You also can click the section “Track Your Order” at the footer.
