Return & Refund

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us in 24 hours with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Each KOODD piece is hand-finished and carefully packed for international shipping. Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our sculptures, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order has been shipped.

Please review the product details, photos, dimensions, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Problem Orders

We carefully inspect each model before packing and shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or has an issue caused during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your case, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item 
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the inner packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information, we will assess each case individually and work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

A package is generally considered lost only after the carrier confirms the loss or there has been no tracking update for an extended period. 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to process the refund.

Duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other charges are non-refundable . 

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties or taxes, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the original shipping cost and any additional carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
