KOODD currently offers free standard shipping to the United States and Canada.

Please note that duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other import charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier upon arrival.

All orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard international shipping usually takes 7–21 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Order Processing

Each KOODD model is carefully checked and securely packed before shipment to ensure it leaves our studio in good condition.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local postal services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
